I'll try to answer question no.2.

Globalization presents both challenges and opportunities and its the extension between national economic policies and corporate strategies that enables the economy to enhance productivities, competitiveness and the advantages of opportunities existence that helps to overcomes problems. The uniqueness of the entrepreneur is the ability to see and seek opportunity and the courage to take risks in transforming the opportunity into a successful venture. They see opportunities and seize it as they see in opportunities there is a problem and take calculated risks.
